Pronounced “be-kind”, The bKYND Company is the world’s first premier health and wellness company designed specifically for students and young adults (12 - 25).
bKYND is not a fitness company, though we do offer group fitness classes. bKYND is actually a health and wellness company focused on providing teens and young adults with not only physical, but also high-quality professional mental and emotional health services!

The term HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and has many benefits for both teenagers and young adults, regardless of fitness background. The combination of calisthenics, cardio and resistance-based training improves one’s strength, stamina, and overall physical, emotional and mental health.
Our HIIT classes always include a variety of workouts that are both challenging and fun!
bKYND utilizes resistance bands of varying difficulties to allow for the true customization of each member’s workout. Our use of resistance training helps make every class great for all fitness levels! Additionally, many traditional weight-training exercises can be replicated with resistance bands, which are safer and just as effective in improving one's muscular strength and endurance!
We do not check school IDs. However, we do require your place of education to be provided when you create your Club Member account.
Of course! As long as you are between the ages of 18 and 25, you are encouraged to join any of our 9AM classes on Saturday mornings!
Come dressed to SWEAT!
We require all class participants to always wear closed-toe athletic sneakers and any [appropriate] clothing you feel comfortable working out in. Also, because classes will mostly be outdoors, we recommend dressing in layers so that you can adjust for the weather. We also recommend bringing water, though we will have water bottles available for purchase on-site.
bKYND will provide yoga mats and all other fitness equipment necessary for class.
If you have any additional questions, comments or concerns, please feel free to email our Team at Support@thebkyndco.com.

If you have any additional questions regarding any of our company's safety protocols and standards, please do not hesitate to email us at Support@thebkyndco.com.
Regular physical activity has numerous benefits for people of all ages. These include increased lung efficiency, improved heart health, stronger bodies, and a decreased risk of conditions such as high blood pressure and Type II Diabetes.
For those who have difficulty focusing in the classroom or at work, exercise can help increase energy and improve focus and self-regulation. Physical activity is a great way to manage stress, and has been shown to have a positive effect on one's behavior management and learning capacity.
According to the American Psychological Association and numerous other sources, those who exercise regularly display lower rates of depression and anxiety. Additionally, being physically healthy correlates to higher levels of self-esteem and a more positive outlook on life!
